Priya Jadeja spent many years building business process systems , executing timely and cost effective Project and Systems implementations , carrying out due diligence on businesses and company transition plans in Silicon Valley startups. She brings a cross disciplinary skill set between Electronics, Telecommunications and Radar Systems Engineering and an advanced MBA in Finance with a very solid understanding of markets and forecasts. At the heart of it all being a will do attitude and an ability to get on with different cultures and mindsets in addition to being a University topper and Gold medallist. Her initial years in India were spent at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad as a researcher which also resulted in co authoring a book on Rural Consumers well before its time in 2003. It was the precursor of the India to come many years later and which knowledge Technology companies round the globe use in so many different ways today. Her experience spans business intelligence analysis used by Fortune 500 companies entering Indian markets in 2005 for a leading European firm out of Singapore as a Country Lead for India as well as being a key team member of the IPO team that took a Semiconductor and Optical Component company in the space of communications, defense and avionics industries public in her initial days in the Bay Area. Customers included Boeing, National Instruments, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Rockwell-Collins, Finisar, Fujitsu and Mitsubishi to name a few. Currently she helps the Motwani Jadeja Family Foundation in their work between the US and multiple countries, is Chief Thought Officer at the Virpur Heritage Foundation and is passionate about bridging culture, heritage and modern day technology. She also holds a Board Position at a Future for Every Child a promising US 501c(3) non profit that works in the area of supporting the journey of orphaned and vulnerable youth to adulthood in India and help them achieve economic self sufficiency.
