Dr. Suhani Jalota is the visionary founder of the Myna Mahila Foundation, a pivotal organization committed to empowering women across India's urban slums, impacting over 1.5 million women. With her leadership, the Foundation has become a beacon of hope and growth, transforming communities through its grassroots initiatives. Dr. Jalota's academic prowess is reflected in her esteemed positions as a Hoover Fellow at Stanford University, holding a PhD in Economics and an MBA, where she was honored as a Knight Hennessy Scholar. Her entrepreneurial spirit is also evident in her establishment of Myna Research, a dedicated platform for conducting field experiments on women’s issues. Presently, Dr. Jalota is spearheading Rani Work, an innovative employment platform facilitating digital job opportunities for women in India. Her illustrious career, spanning fourteen years, is marked by significant contributions to health care, sanitation, and social policies globally. Dr. Jalota's accolades include being named in Forbes Asia Under 30 and receiving the Queen’s Young Leader Award.
