The Motwani Jadeja Global Indian Leaders Program is an initiative designed to empower a select group of young Indian leaders to participate in a variety of activities at the sidelines of the World Economic Forum (WEF) 2025 in Davos, Switzerland. This program aims to elevate India’s presence on the global stage by fostering connections among technologists, policy experts, and impact leaders who are shaping the future of the nation.
Program Highlights
- Exclusive Access: Participants will have access to the Motwani Jadeja India Lounge at WEF , a dedicated space for networking, discussions, and showcasing India’s contributions to global issues.
- Facilitation Support: The Foundation will provide guidance and resources to maximize participants’ engagement at WEF.
- Shared Accommodation: Leaders will stay at the Motwani Jadeja India Lodge in Klosters, promoting community and collaboration among fellows.
Who Should Apply?
The program is open to individuals aged 18-45 who have demonstrated leadership in areas such as:
- Technology and innovation contributing to India’s growth
- Public policy and governance that shapes India’s future
- Social impact initiatives addressing challenges in Indian communities

Previous fellows of the Foundation are encouraged to apply and will be given priority consideration in the selection process.
